Il prend environ 7 semaines de<strong> vacances <\/strong>par an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa <strong>r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<\/strong> est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 2\u202f500 \u20ac par mois. Le montant est r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e, tandis que les <strong>primes<\/strong> ne sont vers\u00e9es que lorsque l\u2019ann\u00e9e est particuli\u00e8rement performante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n\u2019existe aucune obligation<strong> d\u2019embauche<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les <strong>formations<\/strong> se font exclusivement en ligne, via des tutoriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ses <strong>horaires<\/strong> et son <strong>volume de travail<\/strong> sont totalement <strong>flexibles<\/strong> : travaillant seul, \u00c9tienne organise son emploi du temps en fonction de ses contraintes personnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019un des <strong>avantages majeurs<\/strong> de son poste est la grande autonomie dans la prise de d\u00e9cision.
